Threshold Mentoring Program :
Chaplains are being trained in class for Mentoring. On how to mentor inmates, youth, adults, families, and in the community.
Recovery Mentoring Addictions:
Chaplains in a Recovery Addiction Training Program for their CDAC Certification and to be license. Chaplains are being trained for continuance education as a big brother or sister an advocate for clients who need help from drugs.
Project Pride / Prison Fellowship:
Chaplains getting additional training for the Prisons Ministry. In Bible classes and conducting Church Services in the Facility.
CERT Training:
The UCIWO or United Chaplains International World Outreach, Inc. provides members as candidates to the Homeland Security CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) training.
Alzheimer's Classes:
Learning how to understand elderly people with Alzheimer Disease in the homes as well as in the Nursing Homes.
Pastoral Care Training:
Chaplains taking Pastoral Care classes to be more effective in any situation in Death Notification and in Grief.
Graduations:
Chaplain Candidates graduating to become a Chaplain from the United Chaplains Int'l Worldwide Outreach.
Chaplains Conferences:
All of the Chaplains come together for an on going training and other events.
- On 2nd Saturday is for the New York Chaplains that come together for additional training and fellowshipping.
- On 3rd Saturday is for the New Jersey Chaplains as well.
